- To allay the health concerns of delegates arising from the outbreak of SARS and to allow for the inclusion of SARS in the scientific programme, the Organising Committee has decided to reschedule the congress to 14th-17th March 2004.
The congress venue remains unchanged and the new deadlines are as follows:
Early bird resistration 15th September 2003
Submission of abstracts 15th November 2003
Your Society's members will therefore pay Singapore $450 registration fee if they register on or before 15th September 2003. As before, we require that participants who wish to take up this offer register for the Congress through your Society.
I would be most grateful if you can convey the above information to your members.
An updated version of our Final Announcement will be printed.Do let us know if you would like copies for distribution to your members.
